Our story

Maroriem Consults began not with a grand launch, but with a clear conviction, to deliver competence, commitment, and consistency in every engagement. Founded by Marian Anusiem, the firm started in 2016 as a one woman practice, supporting businesses with practical, hands on solutions that made a real difference.

By 2019, after three years of building trust and delivering results, Maroriem Consults was formally incorporated. It was a natural step in a journey already defined by impact.

From those early beginnings, we have grown into an internationally recognized consulting firm, serving clients across Nigeria, Africa, and North America. Today, our work spans financial management, payroll administration, HR support, tax advisory, management reporting, and regulatory compliance, all delivered with precision and care.

In 2024, we expanded our expertise to address increasingly complex cross border needs, supporting clients with U.S. corporate tax filings such as Forms 1120, 5471, and 5472, while ensuring alignment with Nigerian transfer pricing and Country by Country Reporting requirements.
