Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator (Video Specialist) responsible for producing high-quality video content that effectively communicates our brand message and drives audience engagement. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end video production, filming, and editing, with strong emphasis on creativity, consistency, and output quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content aligned with brand objectives.
  2. Produce a minimum of 4 high-quality videos weekly (short-form and long-form content).
  3. Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards where necessary.
  4. Manage full video production process including filming, lighting, audio, and editing.
  5. Create platform-optimized content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand messaging
  7. Ensure all content maintains consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity.
  8. Repurpose raw footage into multiple content formats where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications

 

  1. Proven experience in video content creation and editing (1–2+ years preferred)
  2. Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as: CapCut ,Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut

  1. Ability to shoot high-quality videos using mobile devices or professional equipment
  2. Strong understanding of lighting, framing, sound, and visual storytelling
